Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been processed. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Final Sale Items:
All sale items, clearance merchandise, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
